Connect the leather brief with the finished glove.

At Texpak, we prepare leather from raw hides in our own Sialkot tannery, then cut and stitch gloves in-house. For a brand developing a premium-feeling golf glove, this connects material preparation with pattern, fit and finishing decisions.

Choose the feel, then evaluate the sample.

Cabretta is our preference when a soft, premium feel is central to the brief. In our manufacturing experience, synthetic options can offer a durability advantage. Discuss your intended customer and evaluate the actual proposed material in a finished glove.

Specify the desired feel, sizing, panel construction, color references, closure, trims and packaging. We can alter base patterns to your fit preferences and send custom samples for approval before production.

Review material and construction separately.

We conduct leather tensile checks at the tannery, print testing where relevant and quality checks throughout production. Agree the relevant sample acceptance requirements for your project; one material test does not establish the finished glove’s lifetime on the course.
